This number has called me a number of times...i want to know who the hell it is trying to say they are a detective and want to ask some questions

I have google mail with a phone app and when I use the phone on my computer throw that carrier that is the number that shows up.

The number displayed is in fact a gmail trunk line number to make calls from your gmail email address to family and friends rather than paying long distance charges. I have used this feature many times when my cell could not accomodate the long distance call chagres. Actually, to enable the features you must down load their app and plugin. So folks its another inexpensive way to make an urgent or routine call minus the long distance charges.

So freaky..I just had the same thing happen...

My wife got a call from this number and didn't answer it.So I looked up the number here and it seems that based on all the other comments here, this number is used by kids for making prank phone calls from their gmail accounts... however the hell that works.When I explained this to my wife, she said "Well tell them I said they are [censored] and to quit calling!"So whoever it was that was calling my wife, if you see this, please stop it. She will continue to swear at me if you don't.

Hey this number called me at 5:13 pm, and I picked up. No one was there. The call ended after 8 seconds.
