This is a scammer. These people with very heavy east indian accents use american names. Everytime they call they use names such as Shaun, Evan , and David. I have had numerous call from the numbers that begin 713-714.xxxx. They all end with different numbers makes you wonder just how many numbers they have available?? They try to tell you that your SS# and e-mail address are being investigated for some kind of fraud. You need to contact them and immediately in order to stop the investigation or an officer will come to your door and arrest you. So now my phone is on reject to this number and about 8 others like it. Really they think people are that stupid to fall for this scam?? One even went so far as to call my phone company and ask to unlock my account. He claimed to be me...an american woman with the heavy accent and a deep male voice. The security service rep that called me said she almost laughed out loud...but she's suppose to remain polite to all callers.

I received a cal from them on my cell phone. As one caller stated below it was a robot call from a company pushing healthcare. I Reported the number to Do Not Call.

713-541-4180 called me twice in an hour. The first time it came through as Blocked. Once I heard it was a recording I hung up. The second time it came through as 713-541-4180. The same recording said something about health first benefits. Just hung up again. I'm on the do not call list already. So this calling is against the law.

Called.... left no message.... tried calling back, but says number is not in service.

I just got a call from the same number. I added it to the block call feature on my cell.

Got this call today, its a recording. Anyone who gets this, file a complaint. Just type the number in the do not call list to complaint about them. Register your home and cell number on the do not call list.

Just so you know, putting your name and number on the do not call list does not stop telemarketing calls. Any company you do business with, be it credit card or otherwise can use your info and give it to their affiliates unless you specifically opt out. Chances are very great that most people don't sign those little privacy notices they get with their bills. If you want the calls to stop, opt out of everything. Otherwise prepare to get these calls all the time.I also got this call today. No message left. Guess I missed one, lol.

I missed the call on my cell at 14:05 PST. The caller did not leave a message. I called back at 15:00 PST and the recording said the number is no longer in service.

this # has called me a couple times already - no msg left.
