This number calls, it's always very loud and they ask for an inaudible name and then confirm the phone number and when tell them its the number but not the residence told yes you are I'm calling from DHS to confirm your bladder mesh order, I said again this is not the residence and then he hung up

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
