Had some of my information. Claimed to be working for my ppo insurance but didn't know which one I have. called me 2x. wanted me to sign up to get prescriptions.
They asked about some kind of medical PPO coverage which I do not have but they had my name and address. Not sure if it was a scam or telemarketer

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
