got a call, didn't answer, figured i'd look up the number first. this is the second or third scam call i've had in the last couple of days. rrrr.
Some clown from 913-215-9874 from 716-795-0239 from 970-667-4206. Called ? Ain't the new phones nice, made for unlimited forwarding. Last number may be the dead ringer.
I got the same call; however, I got it on my cell phone. Something about student loans. I just hung up. I'm so tired of all these calls. I've never had any student loans, either!
Recorded message said that my student loan had been flagged to receive a reduction. Too bad that I graduated almost 30 years ago and already paid mine off.
Automated call from tiffany at national student loan center saying my student loan had been flagged for a 40% discount via the new Obama rule. The caller ID said New York 718-713-6547I don't have student loans, never have and did not sign up to request info on anything. The automated call instructed to me to push 1 for more info, I hung up instead.
"As part of the new gov't student debt relief program" .....blah blah "press 1 to be connected to a live operator...." This was a very American-sounding woman's voice. Number blocked.

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
1-302-927-3338.
They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
