Received calls from PREMIERE GLOBAL 1-732-389-4930 at 4:14am and 4:19am and kept on coming until I took the phone off the hook. I have been reading complaints since 2012 and its 2015. The call was just about receiving a fax.I just called 1-866-643-1023 and asked to be removed. She was not very pleasant but TOO BAD!

My business phone number is receiving a number of calls from a fax machine associated with 732-389-4930. I'm sending an email to support@opentext.com as mentioned below.

Our office received faxes every 5-10 minutes for 9 HOURS from this number, which took down our fax system for 17 hours. No actual faxes printed, but our system was bombarded by so many incoming faxes that it crashed. Our fax service provider said the number was from a company called Premier Global. I went to the company's website (www.pgi.com) and initiated a tech support online chat. When I informed them of the problem, I was told "I apologize for any inconvenience. We no longer support that service from here. You can call Fax Reach at 1-866-323-9706."I called the above number, which actually went to company called Easy Link (also sometimes mentioned as Open Text while on the call). I spoke to a female rep, and informed her what had happened. Upon looking into the number, she said the fax number I mentioned belonged to one of their clients called Kik Custom Products (www.kikcorp.com, they seem to be a manufacturing company). After confirming that we definitely were not a client of theirs (we are a small doctor's office), she said she has blocked our fax number from receiving any more faxes. Let's hope that's true!

I have to shutdown my phone to reject this number.How can he get my phone number and keep spamming me ?

Repeated calls coming in on our fax line but the handshake always fails and no transmission is received. It's blocking legitimate faxes.

I am receiving TONS of calls from this number today; apparently someone is trying to send us a fax (to our phone #).. very annoying, this is a business number.. :-(

Called premier global customer service. They gave me a number to easy link, fax to mail company who they used to have a relationship with. # is 732-389-4930. They blocked my number from getting their faxes! Their faxes came in at 4am! Hoping this works.

In my case, just got a call from 732-389-4930 and Caller ID shows Premiere Global. When I answered a female voice said "if this is not a fax line, please hang up. This is a fax from one of our clients, it will start in 3 seconds." Sure enough, at three seconds, the fax tone sounded, and I got a fax confirmation from FedEx Claims Department. So, I can't speak for everyone (naturally), but it my case the call was warranted.
