7/13/09I received the same letter. Same information as others;i.e., Amy Yates, Watson Brooks, 2 round tickets,yada, yada, yada. My name and address was also in print w/o a return address; but a Phoenix, AZ post stamp dated 7/10/09. A mass mailing. The phone number is 302-526-5000. The website says there is a location in Delaware. But, I won't be calling. They may have called my home; but if they never left a voice message, we never answered.I did create an e-mail on the website and sent it to them in order to see what their response will be.
I have received two letters from "Amy", the last one indicating that they would like for me to call in, decline, and let the next person have this oppotunity. From the amount of internet activity I have found, they must have one hell of a postage allowance. Needless to say, I pitched the letter.
I got my letter today! It says Watson Brooks at the top and it says I must contact Amy Yates-VP Travel Awards Division (302)526-5000 by July 22nd. I found it odd that the envelope was hand written and it came from Phoenix, Arizona yet it has me calling a Delaware phone number. I am so glad people are reportning this scam.

Got the exact same letter today. Handwritten envelope, postmark was Phoenix and I live in NJ. The number I am told to call is 732-676-4052. Letter was signed by the famous Amy Yates. I am tempted to call and find out exactly what their scam is, but I decided to toss the letter into the trash can. I guess if you sling enough mud on the wall, some of it will stick. Since I am not responding, I suppose they will be forced to give my ticket vouchers "to the alternate." Unfortunately, there are still gullible people out there.
