The lady who calls me all the time says her name is Peggy. Reminds me of the man on the TV commercial who said his name was Peggy when people called to cash in their points and it was a rip off.

No message, just breathing Call comes in early AM

Keeps calling my cell phone and leaves VM. I delete any VM from numbers I do not know (I can use a land line to do this so I do not waste my phone minutes). No one of importance to me has this number, which is also a clue to me that it is not legitimate. I have registered on the "Do Not Call" list, but it does not take effect until Oct.1.

I don't know about everyone else, but this is the AT&T VoiceMail number that my phone dials when I have messages. If you call the number back and enter your own 10-digit cell phone number, you will be redirected to your own voicemail. You're welcome :-)

And let me add to my post above - call the number from a different phone than your cell phone, so you don't think there's some trick that redirects the call back to the number you're calling from.

I am getting the same calls...If there is a purpose to this...it definitely is not working...

I have never received a call from this number. I think my phone was pirated by this individual or someone to contact this number. "+17726438989*" showed up on my dialed calls with a check indicating that call was answered. My phone does not allow me to enter a plus sign nor an asterisk when making calls. My balance indicated call was debited from my account.I hope that the individuals that received the obscene calls reported them to AT&T

This # keeps dialing when I try to pick up the call it goes to voice mail . At this time I can Not Recall my code to check the messages . (772) 643-8989

this is a scam/junk call that has been used for a long time. may have gotten it from one of your friends contact list??
