Different number same lines

They have called for going on 3 years looking for the wrong person. I called 888-557-1980 the first time they hung up without saying anything i called back and a lady answered i told her she had the wrong number she said it would be removed i have heard this before. If I receive a call from them again I think a law suit will be in order for harassment.

Called Wed 12-3-14. Scammer. Robo-call looking for me under my maiden name (I've been married for over nine years.) Total BS. The only reason that I answered is that I recognized the Nevada area code and thought that it was a friend. What ever happened to the do not call registry anyway? I've had no bad debt in almost 25 years.

I RECEIVED A CALL TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE FILLING A LAWSUIT ON ME FROM A BAD DEBT IN 2003. SAID THAT THEY HAVE 20 YEARS TO FILE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME ACCORDING TO MY STATE LAWS THIS IS TOTAL BS. THEY USED A NAME THAT I HAVE NOT HAD IN MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND A DEBT THAT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. TELLING ME THEY HAD SWORN AFFIDAVITS FROM THE POST OFFICE THAT STATE THAT I HAD BEEN RECEIVING THE PAPER WORK IN REGARDS TO THIS. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING ON THIS EVER THEY ALSO SAID THAT IT WAS ON A CHECKING ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE NOT HAD SINCE 1996. HOW DO I STOP THESE CALLS. THEY KEEP HANGING UP AND WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION JUST BEING VERY RUDE TO ME ESPECIALLY WHEN I MENTIONED LETTING MY ATTORNEY KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. THE LAST THING THAT MIKE KIZER TOLD ME WAS THAT I WOULD BE SERVED BY A PROCESS SERVER WITH A SUMMONS TO APPEAR IN COURT.
