Called saying it was the Social Security Fraud Prevention unit and gave me a case number. Called from work at 8:22 AM and reached a recording with a brit or aussie accent that said the "office" was closed - hours are 7:30-4:30, leave a message and a rep would call back...NOT!

This number left me a message stating that my Social Security number had been compromised and that I should call them back. I called back and the number did describe them as the Social Security Department and then put me on hold. I hung up too afraid to get someone on line.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
