Idk if they are scamming me or not but they sound pretty legit if ya ask me.Unlike the company that call repeativly from restricted numbers and ask for me to send money now right now!This company has left me with legit numbers and seem to be in no hurry to get my money yet have already begin the proccess of get me outa debt.As I said idk may they will scam me in the long run but as of now they seem pretty real to me.But still lookin into em

Called and asked what company I was with. She refused to tell me any information as to why she was calling. Sounded illegitimate due to the fact that she couldn't identify herself.

These people are in fact legit. Now, when I say "legit" I mean they are legal...not necessarily "legit". I am a manager of a local payday loan store, and they called me yesterday and attempted to resolve a debt for one of my customers (that had her name). My customer must have looked them up online, and called them to assist her with her payday loan debt. What people who owe payday loan companies don't understand is that payday loan debt assistant companies will charge them an upfront fee, then "attempt" to lower their payday loan debt by basically begging payday loan stores to reduce the fees (which rarely work). Also, local payday loan companies are forbidden to give out any personal information of our customers. Local Payday loan companies will work with their customers to handle their debt at no additional fee, whereas these Debt Assistance companies will charge you for doing so. If these people have called your house, I am sure it is because they have the wrong number. My advice is to ignore them and tell them not to call back, and hang up on them. It worked for me. I have since contacted my customer and we are working out a payment arrangement free of charge.

GIG no im not a lier or a scammer. i got in over my head with payday loans and believe me they help alot. The BBB will back me up. they have paid off most of my loans due to coming down on the amounts with the payday loan folks. trust me it works!!!

Donna;i too made the same mistake and got in over my head and the PDLDA is the ones who take the money out of your account. Mine are almost pain in full and im thankful for this company!! if you get the calls from the payday loans you have -tell your counsler and they will call them back and let them know you are under payday loan debt assistance and they will have to deal with him/her. i have Alice there and she is really nice.

i am now down to 2 payday loans left to pay off. i had 7. they have done a good job and i will be debt free here soon and believe me no more payday loans for me!!!

i as well used a payday loan debt assistance - and they helped me out BIG time - i even got a refund on the funds that were not used.just be careful on the company you are wanting to use. do research!!!

I am a real person who got in over my head with payday loans. i used payday loan debt assistance and my payday loans have all been paid off. I did thier 16 month program and had to pay about $215/month. I am so thankful for this company. ALTHOUGH I STILL GET SCAM CALLS from other people saying I still owe but I have PROOF that PDLDA has paid off my loans. Usually the scam calls I get are from someone with a very heavy accent.
