I have no idea who these people are or why they called me or how they got my number. Never contacted them and do not pick up their many calls. No association with them at all.

They call all the time and when I answer they want to verify information. I don't provide any information so they keep calling. Ohh well.

Calls almost daily. I have them blocked but the still call. You would think that they would quit calling knowing that the are blocked.

Multiple calls per day trying to get us to sign up for a loan.

They are a collection agency/mortgage company. My mortgage was sold to them and they are the worst. Even thought my payments are current they continue to call. They want you to set up automatic payments then tell you there is a $9.95 charge for each automatic payment - - what kind of scam is that?

Verified that this is Specialized Loan Servicing. My loan recently got sold to them. So far (but it's only been one payment), they processed the payment quickly. (I say this based on some previous comments about this company), so we'll see how it goes. I am now concerned that their customer service is poor (and possibly moronic) based on previous posts. (Thanks to the folks who posted; I appreciate the info!)I logged this post as a 'debt collector' since there was nothing else close to categorizing this - though they are a debt collector, but also a servicing house. Because I am current on my loan, one can only assume that they are calling to 'offer' their auto-payment (for a fee) option as previously posted by another customer. I'm going to answer next time just to see what they have to say. Will post more after my conversation, should they call again....which I'm sure they will. Maybe after speaking to them, I can get them to stop calling.

They have called my house several time never say who they are looking for just welcome to their company. I answered today and they ask for my daughter. He could not even say here name correctly. I wonder if her mortgage was sold to them? He said he could not tell me anything.

This is Specialized Loan Servicing, a mortgage servicing company, that calls even when your are current on your loan. Must be awful if you are not current! Legit but not sure why they are calling since they have no reason to call, so I do not answer or call back in the name of security, I guess.

also, they do not display their name or the 800 number, they display 781-575-2000, just FYI
