Fake LADWP call. I called back and the recording is taken directly from the DWP phone like, except when "Brian" (indian accent) answers and asks how he can help me. I tell him I got a message my power is going to be cut off in 30 minutes and it's an error. He asks my name and I said Derek Jeter and I hear click. Guess he knows who Derek Jeter is. LOL
please be aware if someone call from this number they said from LADWP IS NOT TRUE , CALL THE POLICE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Got an automated call claiming to be LA DWP, saying that my power would be shut off in 30 minutes unless I called this number and made an immediate payment. My favorite part was when they identified themselves as "Los Angeles Department Water and Power." You forgot the "of," guys

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
