I have received Many Calls From LJ Ross Also . I get My Monthly Statements What Insurance Pays And I for Fact Know I owe Nothing. I am Very Sick No Cure loss 4. Siblings from Same Lung disease . I wish they Stop . I do know for fact all my Medical is Paid I even have Checked with The two Hospital's there are Trying say I owe one of them and they even stated nothing owed to Ignore there Calls . Yes I do Believe its a scam because I was double Bill from Doctors office 6 Months in Roll until I Reported it and changed Doctors . So they hit insurance and tried saying I didn't have insurance when in fact I did an made me pay cash . I have my receipts I made them give me then my Monthly Statements that came in later showing was double billed and then they tried saying I owed and now I getting calls . Really Sad To Scam Sick People . Elderly People also Very Shameful

I called them back from a different phone since the number they called was my cell phone and I don't give that number to any business........and she asked what number they called me on and rather than giving her my number to confirm anything for them....I asked what company she was calling from and she wouldn't tell me. Then she said its L J Ross and when I asked what does L J Ross do She would only say they handle personal matters. I said, hey, you called me...what was the personal matter that you need to discuss with me and she wouldn't tell me so I said , "you obviously have the wrong number" and then I hung up. - this is just wrong!

I continue to get calls from 1-800-530-3790. They said they were collecting a debt that I owed U of M hospital. I asked them to send me verification on the debt. They sent paperwork but the medical bill said I owed nothing. Yet, they still call.

Than why do they keep calling me when I have never been to Detroit - Ann Arbor and have never has any medical treatment outside my home state of Rhode Island?

I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. If it is important they will leave a message or send a letter in the mail otherwise it's a scam. I get calls from bill collectors asking for someone I never heard of. They keep changing their phone number so blocking it is a waste of time. If they keep changing the phone number it a scam trying to get information from you.
