How thick are these people?So I didnt answer the first time as I dont answer numbers I dont know, so they called me back. The guy I spoke to have a very thick accent and was just barely understandable. But apparently he had cotton stuffed in his ears because it took me two times of telling him that the issue I had contacted them about was NOT fixed, but that it wasnt a huge issue so I didnt need any more help and to NOT call me again. Then I hung up.I'm not sure how much more clear I could be when I replied with a firm "no" when he asked if the issue was fixed the first time. I mean, honestly. We'll see if they're stupid enough to call back a third time.
It is norton for sure. I contacted them via Web chat on an issue regarding my renewal. The issue was resoveld online but they still keep calling me to ask if problem was solved and then ask if I would like to udgrade the services. After the first call, which I answered by mistake but told him (same guy who I chatted with online) the problem was resolved, which he knew because he asked me to confirm that the problem was resolved after the online chat. I asked him not to call back but of course he did, several times so far. These employees are given a script and are not only semi-technicans (you or I could be a technican in that capacity, just reading from a script and constantly asking you to hold on while they go and ask someone who may actually know something) but they are cold callers trying to sell services too. Unfortunately, selling services seems to be more important than helping those who already paid for the services and they use the fact that we may need help from time to time as an opportunity to sell you more and harrass you with phone calls. i find that most call centers seem to operate this way.
Norton sells and service telephone number, some operators are hard to understand they probably mean well, I wish most of the companires would have left their call centers in USA!!!!!!!
I advised Norton that I was opting out of their automatic renewal enrollment.Now I am being bombarded with calls trying to get me to change my mind. Ihave not changed my mind and don't appreciate their continued hounding.I received a conformation from Norton that I have successfully been cancelled..
Two or three calls a day from Norton is getting a little too much. What do you have to do to get them stopped???

Now tonight I get a call from someone verrrry far away with a very strange accent-maybe he offered to help? Beats me-I couldn't understand a word he said. This was at 10:25 PM .Totally horrible company-will buy another Norton product.

I WISH THEY WOULD STOP BOTHERINHG ME .I TOLD THEM I JUST HAD AN OPERATION.THEY JUST KEEP CALLING CAN WE HELP YOU. MY ANSWER IS YES MOVE TO CANADA OR U.S.A. STOP OUT SOURCING. JUST LIKE THEIR SERVICE WITH FIXING A PROBLEM. ERROR ON PHONE
