Verizon Account Services calling about our company's Verizon cellphone plan. Apparently, there is some billing problem and they selected my number at random from the list of a dozen or so people in the plan. They just needed the company contact person to call them about the account.
This was on official documentation received from Verizon listed as their number for Verizon Wireless Customer Financial Services.
Call claimed to be Verizon Customer Service but it's a telemarketer doing a survey with a FREE CARIBBEAN CRUISE!
Is this a legit number from Verizon? Doctor reported receiving a call from this number.
Received a letter requesting payment for my cell phone. The letter provided this number. I contacted verizon customer service and they said this is NOT a legit number for Verizon payments.
Some Verizon marketing hack wanted me to take a survey in exchange for a cruise. Became extremely unprofessional when I said I had no interest in accepting anything from Verizon. Basically, they made my point for me.
