Our phone service has been messed up, they called from this number to tell us theyre coming on the 3rd to fix it, instead of today. Legit call from frontier technical service.

Recording claiming to be Frontier Telephone Company offering new features/services. We hung-up before allowing it to finish.We're supposed to be on Frontier's do not call list. Guess I'll have to give them an earful.

This is the third time these [***] have called. I have been in touch with Frontier, who is also my telephone service provider, after each occurance, stating I do not wish to be contacted with sales calls. What do I need to do to get them to cease?

these guys are starting to call and hang up when we answer. They used to call in the summer and fall months until we called the police. Since they are starting their bull-[***] again, it's time to call the police again. The police said that's what we should do to report harassing phone calls. Eventually, we can sue them in small claims court for harassment. You can too. Just call the police. See you in "The People's Court".

I have call blocking through Frontier. I used the service to block the number. I hope it works.

We keep getting calls from this number too. They have been calling every day or at least 3 times a week. Never leave a message, and when I do answer, no one is there so I hang up...or after awhile after I say Hello a few times then they come on and I hang up. It is quite irritating. The caller id only shows "Toll Free Number".

I too received this e-mail after signing up for DSL. It's a link to the the terms of service, and you provide your "electronic signature" to agree to them. Which in my case was a two year commitment for 19.99 first year and 29.99 year two plus modem rental. I called customer service, and after talking to them I "signed" the agreement. It's what I agreed to when I called them to start my DSL, and this eliminates them having to send you a paper contract.

This # is just Frontier's residential support #. If you call it back please just hit 1, it'll take you ro Customer service. Ask for a supervisor and let it fly. Eventually they'll get the picture.( I used to be Tech support, I get the angry callbacks all the time because the number routes to us if you hit 2. )
