If this is T Mobile collections, why are they calling me when my bill isn't due until tomorrow?!? Does that make sense to anyone? Collection agencies aren't supposed to call you until after the due date. Why are they harassing me with my bill if it's technically due tomorrow?!?

If they keep calling you, you can threaten with a harassment lawsuit! Debt collectors are getting more and more ruthless! I had one car loan which I only had 4 payments left, I was a month behind (yes, I have been at least 2 months behind with no regrets) and after 5 days being behind, they threatened to take my car! I made payment arrangements and they took my car anyway a few days later then overcharged me when I paid the entire 4 months I had left. Reported them to the BBB and received every last dime I was overcharged back!

This is definitely T-Mobile. I answered once and they told me my bill was overdue. I don't even HAVE an account with T-Mobile...I never have! I told the caller this, but they still call me once or twice a week.

I have a prepaid T-Mobile line that I got 20 days ago. Ever since the first day this 1-800-937-8942 number called every single day until I ran out of credit without even using the phone. The 1 dollar a day "deal" they have, even if you don't answer the phone T-Mobile still charges you.I just cancelled my two other lines I had with them a week ago and switched to Metro PCS, because not only T-Mobile has billing issues, they have serious reception issues as well. All of a sudden we went from 3 bars at home to NO SERVICE whatsoever, their answer "Get new 3G phones!".I hope they go bankrupt soon because of their bad business ethics.

This number keeps calling, I have never had T-Mobile, calls about 3 times everyday. I don't answer it anymore, but they keep calling.

Funny thing is I have a prepaid cell phone that is through TRACFONE not T MObile and I still get calls from them. I have never answered the calls though.

I paid my bill this morning (it's not even due yet) and they've still called me twice today. I tried calling them to work out payments and move my billing date as it usually lands a day or two before I get paid and they said no. I get disconnected the day of if I don't pay. It's annoying as hell but I can't do anything because I'm on a contract and can't afford to break it.

i have never had T-mobile. yet they call me 4-5 times a week. annoying
