I have been replying to job postings all over so I don't know exactly who they are. I've been getting alot of (800)-(866)-(877)etc..# calls but I never answer them so when I received one from (800-973-0379) I googled it and found a lot of negative responses from others who also got a call from them. I called them back, it's an education bureau or a school, I asked them "nicely" to take me off of their calling list. I'll post again to let all of you know if it works.

I was called this afternoon, let it go to voice mail, heard a lot of background noise-like a room full of operators or call center people; no message was left, they simply hung up. Very bothersome. Report below about 'on-line college' sales sounds familiar, I think I got one of them to admit it some time back, but they will not take your name off of the list (as I continue to get calls). Maybe time to call the 'Do Not Call List' folks and file a complaint.

I have just recieved 2 calls from this number. However, in the last 2 days we had recieved about 4 calls which we deleted after finding out that they were probably either telemarketers or bogus calls. Then wed were repeatedly called to the point of being harrassed - they use several fake company names. and on one i overheard some young man in the bakeground say "I really got thaty dude good" in the background. tyhe other numers they have been using:1-925-808-74951-314-627-55231-314-627-55321-917-398-55671-314-435-95981-312-878-55791-877-252-53721-312-878-55781-877-855-45471-888-271-7667As well as 3 "New Call" with no name or number showing up on caller ID. The 3rd one I aanswered and sure enough it was them.they seem to have stemmed from a friend of our daughters whom they named, signing up with some website to study for her GED online. They were told that person does not live here and had apparently used our number because she has no phone of her own. We asked to be bemoved from there call list on several of these calls which seems to have escalated the problem. As I typed this I just got a call from 1-800-973-0379. called it back - sure enough, guess who.varios

I know for an absolute fact I clicked "no thank you" to all of these offers and I've still gotten about 6 calls. It's a little ridiculous!

I received a call from this number and do NOT know why stop calling now!

I have received numerous calls in the past several days without a message. I called it. Something called Education Bridge. The "customer service" person absolutely insisted I provide name and phone number to remove me from their list, and they were rude to boot. I assume they have caller id and did not provide any information.

Too funny! I thought the exact thing when I read the post! LOL

I got a call last night from these people, then again this morning and yet again this morning. To top it all off they are calling me from 3 different numbers. I am listing these in case anyone else sees them come up. 925-808-7569, 800-973-0379, 561-594-1542These people also do not understand what take me off your call list means either. The next step is I am filing harrassment charges.

This number called me too and i didnt answer it cause it seems to be an unknown number to me and i am going to get it blocked

I've been getting all kinds of calls for "furthering my education" but no calls for a job,hmmm. I wonder if these are bogus jobs set up to get "prospects" for colleges. I'd like know what everyone else is going through.
