Marriott, how dare you respond in such a childish way. All these remarks are VALID ones and if a rewards number it should be TOLL FREE also. I bet I can go eise where for my hotel stays if this is the manner in which you address people who obviously were taken in by your non toll free number. Shame on you. Do some research on numbers before you call them. 801 is the area code for Salt Lake City, which is where you are calling.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
