THIS IS NOT A SPAM, I GOT A CALL ABOUT MY FRIEND HAVING A DIABETIC LOW, I CALLED THEM AND THEY KNEW ALL ABOUT IT, SAID AMBULANCE HAD BEEN DISPATCHED. I CALLED THE SHERIFF AND THEY SAID AMBULANCE WAS AT HER HOUSE. I AM ON HER CONTACT LIST WITH THIS COMPANY. BM

They keep waking us early. then if no one answers they call back 4, mins later. 2 days in a row. Very annoying.

Rec'd a call from this no. It was for a friend who had fallen in her back yard. Caller ID indicated Spam? Ogden UT. Glad they left a message, even though the person talked so fast I could hardly understand it. I did make out the friend's name and that law enforcement had been contacted. I went to my friend's house, she had fallen in the back yard. I called our local 911 as no one had responded to the Alert. Why can't the Caller ID indicate Life Alert rather than Spam. And the local 911 should be contacted rather than law enforcement. My friend pays a great deal of money for this service. She needs to receive her money's worth and I don't think she received it today when she really needed it.

I accidentally screened this call and it was from Life Alert letting me know that my mother had fallen and needed help getting up. I have to make sure I answer calls from Ogden Ut. now!
