You Need to call it(your voicemail) then enter you PIN# to HEAR/Retrieve your voicemail Messages. if You Don't have a 'PIN#' or DON'T know it, you NEED to set it up in Your(call/voicemail)Settings or you can get/set up "Visual voice mail" which iS the SAME... except that be able to HEAR it(a tone-Beep) when Youu receive a voice mail Message!
It was some kind of offer for a Norwegian cruise. Then it asks you to dial 1 for further information.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
