Same thing happened to me. I opened the voicemail and there was just and on going background noises. Although I did not get a call from that second number.
The subject number of 805-637-7243 is T-Mobile's Voice message Server number. You will be prompted to input your PIN # to listen messages stored. The caller should have left message(s). Any number(s) they left, you may not want to call back 'cause they can be silliy SCAMers or nice debt collectors. I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
