New T-mobile acct - blocked one number, got same annoying voice mail from this number. Good news is you can block unwanted calls, this happened on another acct, after a while they give up.
You can block these calls:on my Samsungtap menu - tap settings-tall call-tap call rejection-tap auto reject mode-tap auto reject numbers-tap black list and add the # to blacklist and they will be blocked.Most mobile phone accts have directions for blocking calls - just sign up on line.

IRS Phone 1-805-637243 they air threating me to call them if I do not pay theme . this is a scam.
Whoever keep called me. I want this person to stop now. I believe this person from T-Mobile. But it says unlisted. Please investiigate that person.
There are both applications and for some networks options that will transcribe voice to text. As with any voice-to-text automated system - the system's ability to "understand the caller's speech" and the ability to choose the words for the transcription. My experience, some callers speech works well with the particular voice to text interface others users voice to text may look at best - strange. (No one system works for all.)

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
