Calls my phone as my voicemail # when I already have a totally different #!!! Does not make sense!Thank you...

I continually get these calls at least 5 times per week. They need to stop. It always says "new voicemail" but there is nothing there and they expect a return call. Fat chance! Does anyone know how to stop these calls to my cell?

Receiving calls on my cell phone from 805-637-7243. Different posts identify this as a T-Mobile message number, Charter Communications, insurance company, sales call, etc. I am not a T-Mobile customer and do not answer any calls from any number I do not recognize. This is probably a "spoofed" number attempting a ripoff. This is why I am voting against all incumbents, local, state, and federal officials who refuse to pass legislation to make it a crime punishable by sever fines and imprisonment for any person or company to make unsolicited calls for any reason. It is my hope that all offenders are prosecuted, imprisoned, and subjected to daily anal exams by their fellow inmates for a minimum 20 years sentence without the possibility of parole. It is our elected and appointed officials who make this practice possible by selling their votes and political influence to the highest bidder. The only difference between a politician and a prostitute is the prostitute is honest about what they actually do for income.

I am guessing that people can disguise their actual number and have it show up as this number, because we are all getting different people on the other end. This is either a fluke in the system, or something done on purpose by the caller to disguise their number and get you to answer. My call from this number was from a Debt Collector who listed his call-back number as 877-453-2904. They keep calling for the last guy who had this number before me, and they don't care how many times I tell them I am not him and I don't know him, so I've had to resort to other actions.I got an app called Privacy Star, and it is worth EVERY PENNY of the $2.99/month I pay for it. For any numbers you choose to block, it automatically hangs up on them every time they try to call, so they can't even leave a voicemail :) You can also use the app to file a complaint to the FCC for sales calls, as long as you've been registered on the "Do Not Call" list for at least 30 days. I freaking love this app.

I got a call from them as well "@ 7:48am. I use Mr. Number from google play @ no additional cost per month. Its wonderful!

Have received calls from this number since 10/31/2013. All went to voicemail. Most messages were blank.
