I received a call at 12:33 AM from 805-637-7456 and my number is on the Do Not Call List.
805-637-7456 sends me a number of empty voicemail messages to make mepay for some useless minutes.is it Consumer Cellular?
This call was a rambling message telling me the IRS is looking for me and I could be arrested. What nonsense, I have lived at the same address for 34 years and have never had as much as atraffic warning or any other problem. This is really very upsetting and I want someone to do something to keep this number from getting thru. Thank you.
I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.I have had 2 calls in voice mail from 805 637-7456 now.The first was an emergency weather alert from my local Illinois police department. Kind of important. The second was a voice mail from my husband that should have showed as being from him.My carrier is Consumer Cellular. I phoned them to ask how I can delete a voice mail from a number that I can't identify, without actually listening to it. They told me the only way was to actually listen to the voice mail and then delete it.It seems this number is used as a catch-all number for wayward calls, or for scam artists. I will NOT answer any calls from this number.
Call using computer voice, something about Package deal for stay in Orlando Hotel, but I live in Orlando, and why use a Computer voice, for a robo sales call anyway? Sounds like a bunch of scams originating from this number.
I have read that this is a scam. Hard to delete. They keep callng.I will also not answer calls from this number.
I got a call from this number. Got it on my VM. She used my nickname and acted like an old friend. I don't know anyone in CA. I can never figure out how to delete VM without listening to the message. Someone said in the comments said you can't. More minutes used.
I just received a call from this number. My phone indicated there was a voicemail but there was no message. This number belongs to a messaging center. When you call it, it'll ask for a code/password. Ignore the call. If you can block the number, do so but don't expect never to receive another call. If you don't know how to block a number, call your carrier to find out what they offer that will allow you to avoid unwanted solicitations. Keep in mind that even if you're on the no call list, it doesn't prevent these groups from dialing phone numbers in sequence. There is nothing that's going to help you there. Lastly, many of these groups use Magic Jack to assign themselves a new phone number and they'll still call. If it gets to be a real hassle, contact the FCC. It helps to report the event even though the FCC may not be able to do much with it right away.Welcome to 21st century technology.
