Got same message when I called back

Received two calls from this 'infamous' number on my cell. Didn't pick up, since the number seemed suspicious.

This number #813 200-6555 keeps calling my cell phone. I called back and there is a recording saying "the number you dialed is unallocated"

Called my new cell phone number.

I got the first call at around 3:20 and then like five minutes later, I got the exact same call. I pushed the remove my number option but if they call back again, I have a sheriff friend who will handle this for me because he has before. But this is annoying. I haven't given my number to anything except my new insurance agency. I called back and it said "unallocated number" what the hell does that even mean?

I got a call from that number this morning three times, so I googled it, and that brang me to this page. Yeah, I know it’s supposed to be “brought”, but you can’t bring it, ’cause it’s already been broughten!

When you searched for insurance, in the disclaimer you gave permission to allow the company to provide to "third parties" your number for marketing purposes. There are many businesses that are quite profitable not by getting you a good quote, but by selling your information. That company had your name, SS#, address,credit history, income, etc. and they used it to target market you. If you procured an anonymous quote then they targeted you with less information. However, this particular number seems to originate out of country, thus the 11 at the beginning.
