Just learned that this number is for JP Morgan Chase Solutions Center Help Desk. (813-432-3700).

How can you get this stopped? $9.95 is being taken from my account monthly.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for the info everyone, they debited my account $22.50 that I never authorized and it created an overdraft. I have no business with them so now I'm working on getting it taken care of.Greg YoungMay 2013young

I have noticed this charge on my account for months now and I always thought it was husband buying cigarettes from a conveince store and just not logging the receipt. Something told me to google this and I am amazed at what I have discovered, Thanks for all the prev posts. I have paid overdraft fees b/c of this withdrawal from my account a few times and was so baffled by it all.

Well they are still using the same tactic, they tried to withdraw well over a thousand from my account.I caught it while it was still pending, so no money was taken and the bank closed it down.Keep a close eye on your accounts, I am now going to set my accounts that there are no thrid party withrdraws allowed

My mom has been paying $600 per month and she does not know what it is for. We finally got it canceled with the bank. The number that the bank gave us to call was 813-432-3700. They knew nothing and could look up nothing concerning this.

Hi Greg: They debited our checking account, today, 137.96. I also never authorized the withdrawal and I too, was charged an overdraft fee. I am working on getting this taken care of, first thing tomorrow. I'm curious as to what happened. Did you get a refund from your bank? Thanks, JeniferNov. 2014

We are having similar issues: charges on our bank account that are unauthorized, through Western Union somehow. The bank showed us this phone number as being the origin of the charge.
