Received card today (12/17/19) saying "by neglecting to update protection program you will be responsible for paying ALL repairs out of pocket." That is what usually happens anyway. Don't understand why they don't put a company name and also give cost of the various plan they offer. I've heard someone say they talked about the plans and were quoted something over $15,000.....enough to pay for one repair at least!

This business sends legitimate looking mailers wanting to sell auto repair protection. It includes the wording, "your vehicle is in need of a vehicle protection update in order to ensure its optimal operation", which gives the impression if you don't contact them then your vehicle may not operate very well. This is deceptive. I did not call the number listed on their mailer.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
