Called me today. I called back and they said they were a process serving company and attempts to serve me failed. I asked what this was in regards to and they said it was from a debt with a company I have never heard of and banking information from an old bank I closed almost 10 years ago due to fraud. I explained to the guy that I have not done business with that company and that I have not had that account in years, he said well of course this debt is extremely old but we are in the process of suing you. I explained to the statue of limitations in my state on any written contract is 4 years so even if there was validity they cannot pursue. He became irate and told me that because I stated that that clearly I am guilty of owing this debt and that they will proceed. I explained never call me again and I will be filing a complaint against them Def a scam

message was left saying exact same as info above. How very desperate of them.

Same as all other calls, left a vm saying they will contact HR department if i do not call them back to update information, I am not calling them back! Blocked for sure!

I receive a call from 929-368-3548 and the woman, Laurie Clarence, said for me to call back to another number 844-793-1304 regarding a complaint notice. If I do not respond after the 3rd notice they will need to contact my place of employment's HR department.

Sam message as other comments. This is a scam to try and get your information.

Some woman called and left a voicemail saying that she was trying to get in contact with me, and that if I didn't contact her, she was going to contact the H.R. department at my job. I called back the number stated in the voicemail (wasnt the same number that called), a man answered and I told him someone called and Im returning their call, he accused me of being a woman named 'Karen Milkovich', when I denied being her, he started harassing me, saying "Funny? You're not her? Then why did you correct the pronunciation of the name?" I didn't correct anything, maybe Im just better at pronouncing russian than he is. Either way, as much as I stressed to him that is in fact not myself, he still was adamant I was. I eventually got fed up, told him he needs to actually find who he's looking for instead of harassing random people and hung up. Ive never heard of a Karen Milkovich in my life, but I wish her luck! Jeez.
