I received a call from a Denise Micheals agent ID 425 from 817-913-1966 informing me that I am eligible to have 90% of my student loan forgiven due to a lawsuit against Naviant. She told me in the message to call back at 844-333-3911 before my eligibility expires and to finish the application process and to have my code ready 0919 when calling. I sure wish these calls would stop, I get them every other day sometimes twice or three times in a day.

Message left from unknown phone number asking me to call this phone # and give case # that they are trying to serve me for a legal complaint in San Bernardino County - I checked the court house records and there is nothing listed under my name for any civil filings.

Phishing, they claim to be looking for a relative who has missed a court in Boward county, no state. then ask for your phone number so they can contact the county to notify them of the error, they even provide a bogus case number.
if you call back, they answer attorney office, in English. then they ask probing questions regarding someone with you same last name missing a court date in Boward County, no state. Then they ask for your phone number so they can report it to the county.
