Received voicemail messages from this phone number to call Kohl's with no other info except this phone number. Called the phone number on the back of my Kohl's card and had a balance overdue.

I received a voice mail message from this number repeated it 4 times to call.does kohls call you when you have a balance due
If you do not have a Kohl's charge account DO NOT call back. If you do, go online and check you account. If there are any issues, you will be able to see them there. I had a past due balance on my account and that is why they called. An email, with the customer's info and description of the issue would be much more believable than the vague automated phone call. It may not always be a scam.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
