I got a voice msg to call this number about my Kohls acct. I knew it was past due so I called. Automated answering msg sounded legit, but when I got to the indian rep he asked for last 4 of my social. no problem, lots of companies do. then he asked for birthdate. I blurted that out then realized Kohls dont need that. I hung up, looked up the cust svc number on the Kohls bill, and it is a different 800 number. The real Kohls auto answer msg is the same but a different voice. Clever scammers making their msg just like the real Kohls.

Female caller with Indian accent stating that this message was for me . Stated she was calling from Kohl's and gave a warrant number and the hours I could call back...said nothing more. Not sure what this about but will be doing more research on this. Will not be calling back just yet,not sure if scam or not. Will contact FTC if it is.

Male caller with an Indian accent called saying that I need to call their number back. My mom answered the home line and asked what did I need to say. The male told her to just tell me I needed to call. My mom felt it was suspicious since he refused to tell her anything.

Male with Indian accent called my house number asking for me about my Kohl's account. He was very vague in what I needed to talk to them about. Just that I needed to call them. After seeing this I won't be calling them!
