They charged my Girlfriend 109.** for service or something that she doesnt even have she is with Verizon. Sounds very sketchy for a company and sounds like some fun my lawyer will be having looking into it. Since this isnt the the only case.

Received 7 calls in less than a 30 minute span and the caller never left a message. I've never had an account with Cricket and have no idea how they obtained my phone number.

This company made an unauthorized $70 charge to my bank account. I signed up under Cricket Wireless, but this number is associated with some company called Aio Wireless? I already paid my monthly service on December 26, and this morning I checked my online bank account like I always do, and saw another charge to my account, supposedly from Cricket, but this number was listed next to the charge. I was curious so I called the number, and what do you know, it connected me with the Cricket Wireless customer service line. What even?!?! Their number is supposed to be 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538). So I waited for 20+ minutes to be connected with SOMEONE, and all I got was annoying music.What's the deal, Cricket? I was really happy to find your service, and it's been great up till now. But seriously, what's with letting third party companies make unauthorized charges under your company's name?

1/5 charged my account under Cricket Wireless $55.00 and used this phone number 855-246-2461 on statement. They wanted my card number and expiration date when I called them. Told them I would not give them that and hung up. Cancelled card with bank.

My checking account was hit for $55.00. This was the phone number attached to the charge. I do not have a cricket or aio account. I have contacted my bank and our state's attorney general's office. WATCH OUT!!

This number tried to use my bank card to pay there bill. Who ever has this number is going to jail. Ha! Hope you have fun in jail. Lol

Aio wireless is the platform company behind cricket. Look at your phone settings under apn they are the proxy server.

I just bought a new cricket phone - charge 84.21. Then hit with a charge with for 86.98 with cricket and 8552462461. The next day two suspicious charges of 76.26 and 31.00. Cancelled my bank card immediately and now dealing with charge reversals and overdraft fees. I am sure more illegitimate charges are on the way!

I got a call from that number and I got to speak to a lady that spoke to me in Spanish, I had to hang up because I was working, she said she was calling from cricket... I was suspicious and googled the number and got to this page.... should I be worried???
