Got a call from them today pretty much as the same as the other comments have. Pretty clever of them to throw fancy stuff like reference number and such. Buncha dinguses.

I've been petty and called them back numerous times, telling them my reference number is 12 go f yourself and then they hang up. One chick called me crazy lol. Two can play this game.
"Hi there my name is Melissa Spence and my agent ID is 1104. I'm calling you today in reference to your student loans I need to discuss your payment options with you as soon as possible. It looks here that there is an urgent change to your account." She is extending until Friday she said. What a load of BS.
Melissa states to call her ASAP she will extend the school loan matter till Friday 01/17/20 left ref# 27729 from phone
I received a urgent sounding message from my Melissa Spence agent ID is 1104. Apparently (per her message) there have been some recent "changes" to my account. Sounded shammy, so I immediately Google the number. Bam! Just as I expected. Shame on these people!
Melissa Spence contacted me about "recent changes to my student loan" that was "time sensitive". Not today, ...not today.
