Person called and said they were from Duke Energy. Loud and rude. When asked who they are with, the caller became aggressive. I am not happy that someone is pretending to be a representative of Duke Energy. The main question was are you a homeowner. I hung up. Do not answer if possible and do not engage. Duke Energy should be notified of this.
