received a calk saying they wanted to come to my house to serve some papers and wanted to know the time I would arrive home and I was charged with 2 unknown charges.
I also received the same call that "you've been notified" and wanting to serve papers. Who calls before serving papers??? Claire Gibson.......anybody know who this is?
So Claire Gibson called a few weeks ago with threats and said I had 30 min to call this number she gave me ( Central Services) and I have been notified . I call Central Services and set up arrangements with my bank card ( because I do owe money but contacted original payday loan Rushmore and they gave me a number and co they sent it to I call them United Collections I think but they didn't have it and never called me back with more info) I call Central Services and ask for Co address ( they can't give it out for safety of employees) an email ( they gave me but doesn't work) wouldn't give an Professional license number and said they don't mail things because they have gone green. My attorney says it's a scam so I stop payment to fraud had to get new bank card and all. So now Claire ( I have googled her name says she's a scam) calls me and makes same threats I tell her I'm at work bring the papers, asked for my bosses name ( principle I work for) I give it to her than asked for phone number, I say I don't know it I work on a class, she proceeds to tell me I'm being difficult and I can't be that stupid to not know the phone number, I said just bring the papers! An hr later she did call my boss to see what the protocol was for serving papers... attorney calls Central Services and yes they are real but says they don't have a Claire Gibson working for them. I go to police station to report her but since it's not a number you can call her back on and she hasn't " threatened me" I need to just block her. So, now I can't relax at work or home. I'm about sick
