Received call from "Amy Nelson". Same text as NMA32 on 2019-08-08. I have received two calls from "her". "She" asks me to call her back at an 866 number. The caller ID is (864) 808-1368 CLINTON SC. First, I have repaid all of my student loans. Second, if a real federal student loan officer is calling, s/he would state your name. Third, you would also receive some official documentation, not some vague anonymous phone call.

Amy Nelson has left the EXACT Message, with the EXACT Words, Pauses & Inflections three times. I believe that her message is Recorded & was verbatim as described by NMA32 on 2019-08-08.

Also: the number that appeared as having called was not 866-332-8998, it was (440) 753-9325.

Voicemail said (verbatim): "Yes, this is Amy Nelson. I'm... I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan. Um, I need to discuss your repayment options with some new changes that have taken effect recently, so, if you could please be sure to give me a call back, my number is 866-332-8998, and um, I'm gonna give you a reference number - if you would please have this handy when you call back, it will just make things a lot easier. Your reference number is 070099. Thank you." Considering I was given the exact same reference number that was given to user Izabella, this is obviously a scam attempt.
