My wife's cell is getting this same thing all I know if I find out who or where the person or persons have some bills to pay for calling the number. because the number is on the do not call list.

I also got a call from this company. I am currently going through bankruptcy and they are still calling me and dont have a clue what it is about...they are very annoying.866.416.3859

My mother got a call from these peapole. She told them I was not available. Dah, I don't live with my mom since 1983. She asked what it was in reference to, the person would not leave any reference and left his extension. I'll give him an extension alright. I called and got a message saying they were busy and to hold the line. NOT!

I started receiving calls from a debt collection agency. I repeatedly told them they had the wrong number. Then I started receiving calls from 1-866-416-3859 a voice recording that left a 8 digit reference number. I'm going to send a letter to UCB and tell them to STOP calling my number.

I have gotten 3 calls this morning from a 3-digit number (419). Usually I dont answer these calls but they called me several times, making me mad so I answered the last call. It sent me straight to a recording that tells me to call 866-416-3859 & give them an 8-digit reference number. What the he\\?? So hesitantly I called the number back. THAT number also sent me straight to a recording that says she's gonna transfer my call. Next thing I hear is 'Your call is being answered by Audix" then this guy comes on talking so fast you cant even catch what company he's from, followed by a beep. (Audix is the same messaging system that I use at work). I didnt leave a message of course & I would advice anyone else that goes thru this not to leave one either. Its some kind of hoax, or mix up or something. And its also ANNOYING!

Caller ID said call from 419 then the message said it was a call from UCB and it was important that they talk to me about my social security. She told me to call her back at 866-416-3859 and gave me a reference number. I am not calling them back.

I keep getting calls that come from an "unavilable" and tell me to call this number. (866-416-3859). He keep calling while I'm at work and is very threatening while also very vague. It is long and rambling and I can only understand 1 in 3 words he says. It seems like a scam to me.

Called my cell, called ID said 419.Automated voicemail with a referance number.I called and asked them to look up my phone number. They were unable to find my name or my number in their database. I asked them to add my number to their do not call list.They were kinda slow and asked me for my phone number several times but they were nice enough and said sorry for the trouble.
