I've received calls from RP Services from phone number 480-747-9849, then Demetrius (or something like that) leaves a threatening message...that I'd better call this 866-661-5179 number. It's in my best interest (said very threateningly)Whatever...don't harrass me...I don't have time for it. And, I don't owe any money to anyone. Oh and they are asking for Paul...No one lives here by the name of Paul...IT IS A SCAM FOR SURE.
They called me about a bill being late and after I made arrangements to pay the bill over the phone they called back not even 15 minutes later asking for payment for the same bill. They called agian the next day.
This company has called my home several times a day even after asking them to remove mu number, today they called were very rude and ignorant. I asked to speak to a supervisor and even the supervisor was rude and ignorant. My question is who owns the company cause I'd like to sue them.
The company is Recovery Partners LLC, a collection agency. The address is 4151 N. Marshall St., #12, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Phone numbers: (480) 747-9849 and toll free: 1-(866)661-5179. Make a demand for detailed bill that they say you owe prior to making any payments. Verify that you do owe this bill.
Have called three or four times, I do not answer long distance call I do not know the person or company. They are a pain in the [***].
This company just called me at work. When I called them back to tell them to stop calling me at work, he hung up on me. I am going to make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, but cannot find their (RP Solutions) information online. Any ideas ?
RP Solutions keeps calling from two different names at different times of the day, they dont leave message and if you answer there is a long delay, phone numbers they are using are 866-635-9077 & 480-747-9849.....

I called the Chase number on the back of my card and they said they had NOT called me, said it was scammers. I had two calls on my machine asking me to call them back.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
Wellcare never calls you, they send out notices. This is second call I’ve got from two separate phone numbers stating they are Wellcare. Scam
