I called the actual rogers number, and they said that this number was legitimate.
I got a text message from this number just now, claiming to be my cell service provider (Rogers), "Rogers has received a request to transfer your telephone number to another Service Provider. If you did not authorize, contact Rogers urgently at (this number". So, judging by previous comments, this caller is posing to be anything from a mobile service provider to collection agency and everything in between.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
