Fake BCBS keeps calling even though their number has been blocked by a CPR call blocker. When they call, they hear no ringing, a dead line; but that doesn't stop them from calling again. Why? Because there is no "they" to hear anything. All software engendered and auto-dialed, no humans involved. So, "they" keep beating on, boats against the current,even the "dead" numbers on their "lists."
Fake BCBS, spoofing the real (toll-free) number of the insurance provider. The purpose is to gather personal information. Do I need to tell you what's wrong with that?
