Guessing a debt collector. Caller said her name was Kim Novak. I thought about asking her whay it was like in the Golden Age of Hollywood.

This is a RMC (receivable management claim) collector for Progressive auto insurance.

I answer it and they ask for my fiance. When I say he isn't here and ask to leave a message they say NO, NO we will call back. NowI know some times people con other and I feel they are conning people into paying large amounts of cash. They won't talk to me about it at all. So I just tell them if it's that important they would leave a message then they hang up.

They ask for my fiance and when I ask to leave a message they tell me no or just hang up. They never state their correct name. It says Tristate Adjust but there are so many scammers out there. I don't trust a phone call anymore.
