The same thing that happened to Marc happened to me. The number was added as a number to ring simultaneously when my own number was called. This is on the Vonage VOIP service. I did not add this number myself, don't own it nor know it, but I did dial it and got a busy signal. I don't spend hardly any time on the Vonage site so I have no clue how long this number has been there. The only reason I went there today was to cancel my service when I found this number.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.
