This robotic voice has phoned a lot of times. Identical voicemail every time. They decline to talk to my husband when he calls. They only wants to talk to me. They will not tell the reason they're calling. They call after eight o'clock. Can I file suit against them ?

Called me today saying they were from Chase Lending Services. I didn't call back and don't plan to after all these posts. I don't need another card, I don't need any of their whatever they are trying to sell.

Called my cell phone from 302-427-3930 but left 888-298-5623 as call back number. VM said they were calling in reference to my card. Same routine. I called BOTH numbers on back of my card and Chase (as well as their airline partner) said nobody from Chase called me. I'll sit tight and see if the call again...but remain very suspicious. No letters from Chase. Won't "verify" information over cell phone (or any phone) so? Show me you are who you say you are.

Verified with Chase - this is NOT A VALID CHASE PHONE NUMBER. This is a scammer. Beware.

Said they where from chase and it was in regards to my cc accounts

Received a call from this number, the rep stated she was calling from Chase about an importantmatter. I called this number, Norman answered from a call center in Delaware and asked several questions regarding my Chase credit card number, Mother's maiden name, home address. I inquired why he needed this info and asked if this was Chase Bank. He didn't say no, Just that it was Chase. He said he needed it to see if the lending matches up with the credit score to increase lending limits. I said I'm not interested and hung up. This is Chase Lending Services, NOT Chase Bank so be careful!

Based on the last post I'm not calling! The number that appeared on my phone was from Phoenix, so that's a big tell right there.

I received an obnoxious call from a rep tonight form this number. I sincerely believe it was Chase. I will pay off the balance tomorrow and cancel my card. It's a "can't win" situation. If you maintain a zero balance, your credit rating goes down. If you miss payments due to automated payment systems from banks that don't work right, they call yu at 7:30 PM and ask you why you missed your payments and what did you make the charges for. (They know what they charges are for -- they have the f*king charge info!)Scr*w them...!

Claimed to call "about my Chase card" on voice mail. Note that they did not claim to be from Chase. Since I have no late payments on Chase, I would guess that it is a third party scamming for business.
