I keep getting calls from this number, too. I am making payments on my medical bills so I have no idea who they are or what they want. I do not answer calls that say anonymous or unknown and dont know too many poeple who do answer these calls without caller ID. I get told to call "Lucy", "Kristin" and some guy named Randy maybe? I will not call them unless they are curteous enough to leave a detailed message and not leave the impression that they are a mysterious unknown person!! I pay for my cell phone minutes and therefore will not waste them on unknown people. So, if anyone reads this message from this company you can be assured that you will not recieve a call from me until you respond to my voicemail like a business professional. I received a call from withheld. The return call number was 888 582-3359. I called and a man answered and would not give a name or company except-RRC. He was very rude and only wanted my phone number. I asked if he needed my name. I finally let him hang up on me. He repeatedly asked for my phone number and hung up when I would not give it to him.

NO PHONE ID AND WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END HE WAS VERY RUDE AND AVASIVE, A REAL [***]- I DO NOT OWE NO ONE. THERE MUST BE A HARRASMENT LAWSUIT HERE.

this company which name is suppose to be RRC Collections agency should be reported for calling people that they have no record on you. I do not owe any bills with these peoples, so they are eigther stupid or down right ignorant.

caller "james freeman" called my private unlisted cell phone only identifying himself as RRC and upon repeated enquiring would only tell me this was a private matter from a "financial institution". I called back asking what "RRC stands for" the woman who answered gave me no name but identified the false name they've connected to my private cell phone. I am a victim of extreeme identity theft. My medical, pharmacutical, seven cell phones, my families private phones, my banking has all been hacked into. This company claims to "clean up computers" somehow and I suspect they are not a valid collection agency or financial institution, but a fraudulent place stealing identities and hacking into personal information illegally. I told them I am contacting law enforcement because of their extreemely suspicious behavior and unwillingness to provide verification of who they are and why they called me. What is going on?

This number has called me twice and not left a reason for them to be calling just a persons name and number. I have no out standing debt and will not call unless i have a reason why they are calling.

i am not sure what your trying to say ..but my phone is paid by ME.. meaning i am in charge of it...r.r.c....called MY phone solicitaing..being my number is NOT who they were looking for ...their mistake very much inconvienced me...no..i will not have that...call them back and do to them what they illegally did to you..they have NO right for mistakes for they are a business not a person...and the jokers who take those jhobs..yes jhops not jobs..looks to me like ignorance driven individuals are all that need apply..they want to argue as if your appart of their lives..ha ha ha ...it is sad job and sad company..they think they own all the marbles....ha ha ha ha ha ..marbles roll away with a simple blow........scopo 2-22-2010...do not sweat r.r.c. oh and give your workers up to date phone books ..or your company likes looking like an idiot..?? patient with big bussiness I AM NOT...
