Called identified themselves as KeyBank. I asked for a supervisor. They said that none was available.

The call is from India not the Philippines...IT'S INDIA!!!

This is a giveaway since there is no "supervisor". It's the scammer who operate and lies about it. Contractor anyone??

When an India-accented male asked for me, by my full name, I asked him who was calling? He didn't say anything right away and then asked if I was "her" and when I asked where he was calling from, he said that I HAD to confirm that I was her BEFORE he gave me any specifics. So I told him that I didn't have time for his BS and I hung up. He hasn't tried to call me again. Damn scammers.....get a REAL job

I received a voicemail message that it was Key Bank and to call 888-919-8418. I called Key Bank's actual loan service number and she stated she didn't have any notes on the account but she placed me on hold and called 888-919-8418 herself. She then came back on the line and conferenced in the person from 888-919-8418. The Key Bank loan servicing person I contacted told me that this was indeed a legitimate call, gave me the name of the person on the other number and handed off the call to her. The call was a 'collections call' but it was for a loan that had passed its due date but was yet within the grace period and not yet officially past due and without any penalties. That person was pushing very hard for me to make the payment over the phone. I told her that I always pay my payment in-person at the bank and was intending to do it on the following day.

got a call from another number to call this number. Guy on the other end told me that it was an attempt to collect a debt. Due date was 5/19, check cashed 5/22...once I told him this all was good. WTH. I filed a complaint with Key Bank. I'm not optimistic, but I did something. I also auto rejected both numbers on my cell. I hate these shady people.

they called me at work and asked me to verify my social. I called the Key Bank Branch and they said that it's a scam. DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS and HANG UP.

I got 2 calls and voice mails from them claiming to be Key Bank. When I called back they asked me my card info and pin, which i did not enter and hung up. Scam.
