I supposively won the Publishing Clearing House 3.5 million prise. So phony sounding!

I received a call from a lady saying she was from Publisher's Clearing House and that we had won $5.3 million dollars and a new vehicle. In order to receive the prize, I had to pay 10% $3,500. which by the way is not 10% of winnings. She told me that she was smarter than me and that I was judging her. What a scam!!!

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
