Received a call and after I answered, caller stated they were "Mark from United States Insurance". After he introduced himself, I heard background noise but he never said another word. I asked what can I do for you and he then hung up.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
