Same story... I was a little skeptical because I have family in Sacramento so at first I was a little concerned. But now I know this I will block them. Thanks !.

All these different schemes to 1) get people to answer their phone under false pretenses, and 2) get gov subsidy or insurance money, by installing solar panels or creating medical claims.Curiously, each successive administration and the various phone companies seem rather tolerant of these fraudulent schemes that pester people's phone lines and extract money. Seems then that the right to violate our privacy and livelihoods is the collateral that the gov't puts out to be able to keep borrowing up to limitless balances, since the Central Euro Bank creditors likely have ownership/shares in most of these scam operations as well as the phone companies.

916-890-0083Country: USALocation: California (Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Roseville)I received a call from this number at 0945 hrs on 07/07/17 and no voice-mail message was left. Caller ID displayed 'MED CLINIC' and nothing more. Since I was not expecting a call from nor do I even know anybody from or do business with any organization in Sacramento, California or its outlaying areas, the call was rightfully ignored. Besides, the majority of legitimate businesses / organizations will usually leave a voice-mail message.Further internet research has uncovered that there have been several complaints filed against this number. Many advise that “Spam is Highly Likely”, that this number is from a “Telemarketer”, and is also a “Do Not Call violator”.Additional sites have noted this caller (robo female voice) to be falsely claiming that the call receiver had requested a medical brace – knee, back, etc. and that the SCAMmer caller was calling back to confirm such. Of course, non of the complainants had ever initiated such a request.I have white listed those numbers from callers whom I know and therefore routinely ignore all other calls from unknown callers (especially when they do not bother to leave a voice-mail message) for the reasons as stated above.

I get calls from something that identifies as "Med Clinic," yet have not done business with them, and they call from different Area Codes. Does anyone else get calls from this entity?
